Ryan started attending drum circles weekly in 2024 to cope with depression and chronic neck and back pain. His goal as a facilitator is to provide open ended polyrhythms that allow others to authentically express themselves through sound. The CT drumming community has provided him with pain relief, relaxation, self-expression, and beautiful rhythms that he wishes to share with others.
