ABOUT THIS OFFERING:
Kristin's Sound Healing Meditation is channeled for the collective as an invitation to expand consciousness and enter into a coherent state of peace and wellbeing. With the intention that each individual receives what they need, these sessions have been reported to provide anything from blissful relaxation to transformative re-patterning of thoughts, intuitive access to Source insights, and even connection with loved ones and Divine helpers in Spirit.
Through the utilization of various energy medicine practices and reiki, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and intentional sound healing, participants are guided to a receptive state of healing and are encouraged to experience the session in whatever way works best for them. This may yield a restorative restful time of self-care, soul revelations and journeywork, and anything in between. Please come with an open mind and heart, and we look forward to sharing healing space together!
Kristin’s background as a musician, certified sound healer, reiki master and intuitive guide allows for an integrative wellness experience. Instruments such as crystal singing bowls, various drums, hammered dulcimer, and channeled vocal toning are regular fixtures in her sound healing practice, and each session will be uniquely different based on the energy and needs of the group that gathers in the space together.
While yoga mats, meditation seats, and zero gravity chairs are available, we suggest bringing anything that will make you most comfortable. (Blankets, pillows, etc.)
