Join Jennie Ellis on Sunday March 12th for an exercise of conscious relaxation.
Yoga Nidra is the practice of systematically bringing awareness to all parts of the body. This creates a deep state of relaxation somewhere between sleep and wakefulness. In this state, our conscious mind is able to receive intuitions from the unconscious mind. We are also able to plant 'sankalpas' or, 'suitable seeds' of intention firmly in our unconscious mind in order to make changes in our waking reality.
We will lie comfortably on our backs for approximately an hour. At the end we will take some time to return to wakefulness, journal, and debrief together at the end of the session.
